The first Nova Immersion takes place at Broughton Sanctuary, a vast 3,000-acre estate of rewilded nature, sacred architecture, and ancient waters in the heart of Yorkshire. This land holds centuries of history and renewal — a perfect mirror for what we seek to awaken within ourselves. It is both laboratory and temple: a place where the inner and outer worlds meet in harmony.
Across seven days, participants move through a refined, high‑frequency journey designed to open, expand, and stabilise deeper consciousness states. While the structure of the retreat is carefully crafted, it remains fluid enough to follow the intelligence of the group field.
Morning sessions begin with activation practices that awaken the body’s energy, clear the mind, and prime the system for deeper states. Breathwork, somatic release, and Monroe‑guided entrainment form this daily foundation.
From there, each day unfolds through a curated blend of guided journeys, group processes, sound, nature, and coherence practices a living sequence that deepens organically without revealing every step. The arc builds gradually toward expanded awareness, culminating in higher‑range states such as gamma insight, group resonance, and lucid‑night exploration.
Throughout the retreat, Broughton Sanctuary’s forests, fireside spaces, ancient stones, and waterways act as natural amplifiers, supporting participants in entering deeper stillness and elevated perception.
The experience is held with clarity and depth a balance of structure and openness,
intensity and restoration, measurable insight and genuine mystery.
This is an expedition into the frontier of consciousness where you become a Nova
Research Explorer, stepping beyond the known and helping illuminate a new map of human potential.
