Prerequisite: No previous experience with Hemi-Sync®, Monroe Sound Science and other Monroe Institute tools is required.
Cost: £80 per person
The workshop runs from 10.00am until 5.00pm on Zoom.
Various meditation forms exist, focusing on how we perceive and engage with our experiences. These practices help us develop attention, cultivate insights, and deepen understanding. Crucially, practice non-judgment and embrace kindness.
During the workshop, we’ll delve into meditation without a specific focus (open focus) and with a focus (object-focused). We’ll also discuss the impact of posture, the use of mantras, affirmations, and more.
