A sensory 3-day sound healing experience
Participate in a three day weekend chakra healing experience that combines sound, essential oils, crystals and herbs. The workshop opens on Friday afternoon and closes on Sunday after lunch.
Over the three days we will work with each of the seven energy centres or ‘chakras’ that have been described in the ancient Indian yogic tradition. You will immerse yourself in masterfully engineered sound frequencies based on The Monroe Institute’s research and incorporating sacred sounds like Sanskrit ‘beej’ (seed) mantras, Tibetan singing bowls and Solfeggio frequencies, that have been calibrated to each chakra to heal and balance them.
To enhance this experience, you will also participate in a ceremonial tea ritual for each chakra using specially blended herbal infusions to help open and balance each chakra. We will provide essential oil blends and crystals for your use but you are welcome to bring your own.
The chakra healing experience will take place in the beautiful and serene Purley Chase Retreat Centre, that is located in the Warwickshire countryside, and within easy access of Nuneaton train station and Birmingham airport.
Your registration includes 2 nights accommodation at the retreat centre, all meals during the stay and refreshments. All meals are home cooked with wholesome ingredients. Special dietary preferences will be accommodated with advance notice.
This experience will be facilitated by Rayna Hollingsworth, David Kirkhope and Puja Myles, who are certified Monroe Institute trainers. Rayna also brings a deep knowledge of herbal medicine from her Bulgarian roots, while Puja brings her ancestral Indian understanding of the chakra system. David draws from years of experience in consciousness exploration and has a grounded, supportive presence that helps others feel safe as they navigate their inner journey.
Together, they have curated a unique sensory experience that will help you release what is ready to be released, and receive the healing and blessings that you are meant to receive.
The workshop runs from 4.00pm Friday until 5pm Sunday. Prices based on 2 people sharing an en-suite room. A single-room supplement of £90 applies when requesting a single room (subject to availability). Prerequisite: No previous experience with Hemi-Sync®, Monroe Sound Science and other Monroe Institute tools is required.
