Inner Guidance

During the Inner Guidance online programme, you will continue to develop, explore and experience expanded states of awareness. You will learn to connect with your inner guidance; manifest your desired future; explore new ideas; meet new non-physical friends; learn non-verbal communication; broaden you perception as you continue your exploration of Focus 10 and 12.

This programme empowers you to experience deep, targeted states of consciousness. Through participation in this programme you have the potential to:  

• Expand your perception
• Develop greater present time focus
• Sharpened awareness of synchronicities
• Explore the out-of-body state and other energy systems
• Gain a deeper understanding of yourself

It is taught in using Wave IV “Adventure”. This course is intended to be completed in two weeks. You can, however, adjust the schedule to meet your needs.

A trainer will support your questions through a weekly one-hour video conference

Through online discussion and shared experience, you will be part of a collaborative learning community. A knowledgeable and skilled Monroe trainer will be your guide throughout as you learn to use new tools for deeper levels of meditation and self-discovery

Course Materials and Enrolment

The course fee includes detailed written lessons, and other support materials (articles, videos)” that will be accessible to you online. 

The course fee does NOT include the audio exercise You may purchase the audio exercises Wave IV separately from our store.

Once you’ve purchased your “Inner Guidance” online course, you’ll receive instructions for completing your programme application and creating your Moodle account and the program schedule.
